Sales Support Engineer - SP Vision Technology Co., Ltd.

• ประสานงานกับทีมขายและลูกค้าเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ
• จัดเตรียมเอกสารการขาย ใบเสนอราคา และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้น
• ให้ข้อมูลและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
• บันทึกและติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อหรือข้อซักถามของลูกค้าในระบบ
• จัดเก็บและจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าและข้อมูลการขายให้เป็นระเบียบ
• สนับสนุนการสาธิต และทำการสาธิตการใช้งานของผลิตภัณฑ์ ให้กับลูกค้า

• วุฒิ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ช่างเทคนิค คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ 
• ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์ 0-1 ปี ในงานสนับสนุนการขาย
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้
• ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์และเทคนิคใหม่ๆ
• หากมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ทางเทคนิค และสามารถเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

SP Vision was found in 2006 by a team of experience engineers from Hard disk drive industries. The company aims at to be the leader in Machine Vision and Automation solution provider in Thailand. SP Vision Tech has two sections of business which are Machine vision and automation solution provider and Machine vision product distributor. As a solution provider, we do system integration and turn-key project supporting customer’s needs. As a distributor, we are a distributor for Machine vision camera, lighting, lens, controller and software. We have a wide range of customers ranging from Hard disk drive manufacturer and their subcontractor, Semi-conductor, Automotive, Plastic industries, and Food and Beverages. Our mission is to provide the best and cost effective Machine Vision and Automation Solutions to customer in order to assist customers to improve quality, improve productivity, and reduce operating cost.
