Responsibilities
รับผิดชอบในการวางแผน, ควบคุม, และดำเนินการนำผลิตภัณฑ์หรือรุ่นใหม่ (New Model) เข้าสู่กระบวนการผลิตอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการออกแบบเบื้องต้นไปจนถึงการผลิตจำนวนมาก (Mass Production) ตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
การวางแผนโครงการ:
- จัดทำแผนงาน (Project Timeline) สำหรับการนำ New Model เข้าสู่สายการผลิต
- ประสานงานกับทีม R&D, ทีมผลิต, และซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อกำหนดข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคและการผลิต
การเตรียมการผลิต:
- ออกแบบ, กำหนด, หรือปรับปรุง กระบวนการผลิต (Manufacturing Process) และ ขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Work Instructions) สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- คำนวณและจัดสรรทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น เช่น เครื่องมือ, เครื่องจักร, และกำลังคน
- ควบคุมดูแลการติดตั้งและทดสอบ เครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์ (Equipment) สำหรับ New Model
การทดสอบและการปรับปรุง:
- ดำเนินการทดลองผลิต (Pilot Run / Trial Production) และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
- ใช้หลักการทางวิศวกรรม (เช่น SPC, FMEA, 5 Whys) เพื่อระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและผลการทดลองผลิต
การจัดการเอกสารและมาตรฐาน:
- ตรวจสอบและรับรองความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางเทคนิค (เช่น BOM, Drawing, Specification)
- ควบคุมให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ (เช่น ISO, IATF) และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาอุตสาหกรรม,การผลิต,หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ตรงในการนำ New Product Introduction (NPI) หรือ New Model Launch
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Lean Manufacturing หรือ Six Sigma
