Responsibilities
1. บริหารจัดการ Financing Solutions
- พัฒนาและดูแลโปรแกรมผ่อนชำระร่วมกับสถาบันการเงิน เช่น UFund, Ulite, SPayLater, Pay Next Extra, Thisshop
- วิเคราะห์โปรโมชั่นผ่อนชำระ, ยอดอนุมัติ, conversion rate และเสนอแนวทางเพิ่มอัตราการปิดการขาย
- ประสานงานกับธนาคารและพันธมิตรการเงินเพื่ออัปเดตเงื่อนไข, ค่าธรรมเนียม และดีลใหม่ให้เหมาะสมกับ segment ของลูกค้า
2. พัฒนาระบบ Trade-in และ Bidding Platform
- ดูแลระบบ Trade-in bidding platform เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนคู่ค้าและเพิ่มมูลค่าเสนอราคาที่แข่งขันได้
- ปรับปรุง workflow การรับเครื่องเก่าให้ใช้งานง่าย ถูกต้อง และโปร่งใส
- วิเคราะห์ราคาเทียบตลาด และเสนอแนวทางเพิ่ม adoption rate ของลูกค้า
3. Partnership: AIS, Bank Offers & External Partners
- ประสานงานกับ AIS และพันธมิตรด้านโทรคมนาคมเพื่อสร้าง bundle offers, device-with-plan promotions และ exclusive deals
- พัฒนา Bank Offer ร่วมกับธนาคารต่าง ๆ ทั้งบัตรเครดิต, cashback, 0% installment และ campaign พิเศษตามฤดูกา
- เจรจาเงื่อนไขเพื่อให้ UFicon ได้ competitive advantage สูงสุด
4. บริหาร Sales Tools และ Data-Driven Optimization
- ใช้ข้อมูลจาก CRM U•Joy เพื่อวิเคราะห์ customer behavior, tool adoption rate, repeat purchase และ customer journey
- ทำ A/B testing เพื่อหา best practices เช่น ราคา, UX Flow, messaging หรือช่องทางการนำเสนอ
- ติดตาม KPIs เช่น conversion rate, usage rate, revenue growth และเสนอแผนปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
5. การทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายใน
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่ปรึกษาการขายหน้าร้าน (Retail Sales), Marketing, Product Manager และ IT
- สื่อสารข้อมูลโปรโมชั่น เงื่อนไข financing และ trade-in ให้ทีมขายเข้าใจและนำเสนอได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- จัดทำคู่มือ,FAQ และ training materials ให้กับสาขาต่างๆ
6. จัดทำรายงานและเอกสาร
- สรุป performance รายสัปดาห์ / รายเดือน ของ Financing, Trade-in และ Partner Offers
- ติดตามและสรุปผล Campaign ROI พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาในรอบถัดไป
- จัดทำ Business Case และ Proposal สำหรับโครงการร่วมกับคู่ค้า
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด, เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาเกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Business Development / Partnership / Financial Product อย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับธนาคาร, บริษัทโทรคมนาคม หรือแพลตฟอร์ม Trade-in จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์ผ่อนชำระ, บัตรเครดิต, BNPL และโมเดล financing
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ Trade-in, device life cycle และตลาดเครื่องมือสอง
- ใช้ข้อมูล CRM วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้าได้
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและทำงานร่วมกับ partner
- Analytical mindset / Excel / Data dashboard
- สื่อสารเก่งและทำงานเชิงรุก
