Responsibilities
หน้าที่หลัก
สนับสนุนการเปิดสาขาใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน (เตรียมอุปกรณ์ สต๊อกสินค้า ระบบ POS ฯลฯ)
ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานยอดขายประจำวันของสาขาส่งให้ Apple
ดูแลกิจกรรม Demo Group/Training และประสานงานฝึกอบรมกับ Trainer ตามแผน
ดูแลและตรวจสอบเรื่อง Merchandising ของสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ
ผลักดันยอดขายของสาขาให้สอดคล้องกับเป้า Apple สภาพตลาด และ Supply สินค้า
ร่วมวางแผน สื่อสาร และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของสาขา พร้อมให้คำแนะนำทีมหน้าร้าน
แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน (ข้อร้องเรียน/ความขัดแย้งในทีม) และลงพื้นที่ Visit สาขาตรวจความเรียบร้อย
จัดทำ Dashboard/รายงานยอดขาย (รายวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน) เพื่อติดตามประสิทธิภาพสาขา
ยืดหยุ่นเรื่องพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานตามที่บริษัทกำหนด และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์
วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ/การจัดการ, Retail Operations หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ 2-5 ปี ด้าน Retail Support, Store Opening หรือ Store Support มีความรู้ด้าน Merchandise, Inventory, POS Systems และการฝึกอบรม
ทักษะวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอข้อมูล (Data Visualization) ใช้ Excel ได้ สร้าง Dashboard ได้ (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau หรือเทียบเท่า) และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในการวิเคราะห์หรือจัดการข้อมูลได้
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี กล้าตัดสินใจ ความเป็นระเบียบ และมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
