Responsibilities
1. รับชำระสินค้าเเละค่าบริการต่าง ๆ จากลูกค้าในรูปแบบ เงินสด บัตรเครดิต และอื่นๆ
2. ออกใบกำกับภาษี ใบมัดจำ ใบเสนอราคา และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ตรวจสอบเงินสดที่ได้จากการขายสินค้าประจำวัน รวมถึงการนำฝากเข้าธนาคาร
4. ตรวจสอบยอด และสรุปยอดบัตรเครดิต ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการขายสินค้าประจำวันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
5. จัดทำ และตรวจสอบ สรุปรายงานการขายสินค้าประจำวันให้กับแผนกบัญชี
6. จัดทำรายการเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นภายในสาขา
7. ดูแลและจัดการเอกสารที่เกิดจากการขายรวมถึงเอกสารอื่นๆ ให้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วน
8. ดูแลจัดเตรียมเงินทอน, เอกสาร และอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับการเงินให้พร้อมสำหรับการบริการลูกค้า
9. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยบริเวณเคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์
10. ติดตามโปรโมชั่นต่างๆ ของบริษัท และโปรโมชั่นบัตรเครดิตของธนาคารอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และสามารถนำเสนอให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ
11. พัฒนาความรู้โดยการเข้ารับการอบรมภายในของบริษัท การอบรมจาก Apple การศึกษาด้วย Application Seed รวมถึงการศึกษาด้วยตนเองในช่องทางอื่นๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Qualifications
- เป็นผู้มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- คล่องแคล่ว เชื่อมั่นในตนเอง กระตือรือร้นมีใจรัก งานบริการ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านแคชเชียร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
