In this Sales Engineer role, you will play a key part in supporting customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions. You will be responsible for offering technical and engineering information to address customer inquiries and preparing cost estimates by reviewing customer specifications and coordinating with the factory. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical and costing teams to process and submit orders, and deliver training and technical knowledge to customers’ teams. You will utilize CRM software to manage customer and project information, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project and customer goals, while also staying updated on industry knowledge to contribute to both immediate and long-term sales engineering strategies.
