A key part of your role involves offering technical clarifications and necessary documentation to customers. You will also develop a strong understanding of industrial equipment, such as control valves and pressure relief valves, and analyze customer specifications to ensure compliance with technical standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with sales engineers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, assisting with project follow-ups, order processing, and documentation management, and supporting technical discussions and presentations as needed.
