Responsibilities
- Site Surveys: Conduct equipment surveys and monitor reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Solve complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify causes and provide solutions to improve reliability.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Technical Experts, and Customers to report and recommend improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience: Knowledge of pumps, mechanical seals, or valves and engineering principles (new graduates are welcome)
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, and quick to learn new tools.
- Communication: Strong command of English (written & spoken).
- Problem-Solving: Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused.
