Responsibilities
1.วางแผนและจัดการภาพรวมการเข้างาน / การทำโอที / การหยุดลาหยืดหยุ่นของพนักงาน
2.รับผิดชอบหลักด้าน 5ส ของหน้างาน
3.พัฒนาและช่วยบริหารทีมงานที่หมุนเวียนเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง
4.ติดตามความคืบหน้าการผลิต แจ้งเตือนเมื่อเกิดปัญหาในกระบวนการ หรือเมื่อคำสั่งซื้อใกล้เสร็จ
5.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายประกอบขั้นสุดท้าย (Total Assembly) เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสินค้าที่ผิดปกติ
6.วางแผนการสลับตำแหน่งในช่วงพักกลางวัน
7.เก็บและจัดการสินค้าที่ไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ (NG)
8.จัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตและการฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก
Qualifications
1.วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. เป็นต้นไป
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องฉีดขึ้นรูป 1 ปีขึ้นไป
3.มีประสบการณ์การจัดการไลน์ผลิตและ TPM
4.สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน ทำโอทีและเข้ากะได้
5.สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
6.ไม่จำกัดเพศ
7.สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
