Responsibilities
- Manage the salary affairs of employees, including but not limited to salary calculation, payment, social security (SSO), individual income tax, basic personal tax management PD1 and provident fund affairs, etc.;
- Assisted COE to formulate and implement compensation policies to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations;
- Handle employees' inquiries and complaints about salary and welfare, and solve problems in time;
- Participate in the construction of compensation system;
- Responds all payroll jobs : Calculate salary;
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related major is preferred;
- At least 2 years salary management experience, familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Fluent in Thai. Strong English communication skills, bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred;
- Familiar with Office software, especially Excel.
