Responsibilities
- Record journal entries accurately to ensure proper accounting treatment and financial accuracy
- Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheet, profit & loss (P&L), and other relevant accounting records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data
- Prepare accrued expenses and ensure completeness of monthly closing transactions
- Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors, Revenue Department, and Headquarters (HQ)
- Prepare and submit all relevant tax documents, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and WHT (Withholding Tax) in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure all accounting tasks comply with local accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Ledger or related accounting functions
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Possession of a valid CPD license (Certified Public Accountant – Thailand) is a plus
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
