Safety Officer - Toshiba Consumers Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures

2.Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments

3.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and report findings

4.Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees

5.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) laws and regulations

6Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions

7.Coordinate with management to improve overall safety performance

8.Promote a culture of safety awareness across the organization

9.Check permits for hot work, confined space, and working at heights

10.Conduct safety inspections on cranes, forklifts, press machines, and electrical systems

11.Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers

12.Investigate any accidents or near-misses and report findings

13.Ensure all workers wear proper PPE

1.Education diploma or higher in a related field

2.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role.

3.Certification as a senior professional safety officer.

4.Knowledge of safety regulations related to hot work, confined space, work at height, and lifting operations.

5.Familiarity with inspection procedures for cranes, forklifts, press machines, and electrical systems.

6.Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills.

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
