Responsibilities

1.Participate in and be responsible for the structural design, optimization, and related work of new products, ensuring the rationality and reliability of the product structure.

2.Assist in resolving structural and performance issues encountered during the development process.

3.Organize, coordinate, and drive the review, trial production, and pilot production processes at all stages of new product development to ensure that product development is completed according to plan.

4.Participate in technical enhancement, quality improvement, cost optimization, and other technical support throughout the entire product life cycle.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mould Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Automation, or related engineering fields.

2.Over 5 years of experience in structural design for small home appliances or consumer electronic products; experience in mass-production product development is a strong advantage.

3.Well-versed in the product development process, with solid knowledge of standards, testing procedures, and safety requirements for small home appliances; able to manage project development independently.

4.Skilled in material selection and structural design for plastic components; familiar with surface finishing and manufacturing processes, as well as injection-mould design and related production technologies.

5.Strong ability to identify and solve problems, with excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills; a team player with high responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.

6.Proficient in design software such as UG and AutoCAD.
