Responsibilities
- ติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ ทดสอบ และซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิตให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance: CM) ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรเมื่อเกิดการขัดข้อง เพื่อลด Downtime และผลกระทบต่อการผลิต
- ปรับตั้ง (Setup / Calibration) เครื่องจักรให้ทำงานได้ตามสเปกและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิศวกร กระบวนการผลิต และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร
- บันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง ประวัติเครื่องจักร และรายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆ อย่างเป็นระบบ
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) และมาตรฐานโรงงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
- สนับสนุนการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ การปรับปรุงไลน์ผลิต และโครงการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์หรือผู้ให้บริการภายนอกในกรณีซ่อมบำรุงเฉพาะทาง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงาน injection, press, assembly, molding (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านไฟฟ้า นิวเมติก ไฮดรอลิก และระบบควบคุม
- ความรู้ด้าน PLC, Sensor, Robotics หรือ Automation
- ประสบการณ์ TPM, Lean Manufacturing หรือ 5S
- ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบบันทึกงานซ่อมบำรุง (CMMS)
- สามารถอ่านแบบเครื่องจักร แบบไฟฟ้า และคู่มือเทคนิคได้
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (ถ้ามี)
