Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage overall process quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements

2.Develop and implement quality control plans for production lines

3.Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

4.Monitor and reduce defect rates (PPM) and drive cost of poor quality (COPQ) improvement initiatives

5.Supervise and develop the quality control team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement

6.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D, and suppliers to resolve quality issues

7.Maintain and improve quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, internal audits, customer audits)

8.Prepare and present quality performance reports and KPIs to management

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in process quality within a manufacturing environment

3.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role

4.Experience in home appliance or washing machine manufacturing is highly preferred

5.Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, and 8D

6.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

7.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

8.Good command of English (Chinese language skills are a plus)

9.Working Monday-Saturday
