Equipment Engineer - Toshiba Consumers Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

1.Maintain and ensure production equipment operates efficiently and reliably

2.Analyze and troubleshoot machine breakdowns to minimize downtime

3.Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance plans

4.Improve equipment performance and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

5.Support new equipment installation, trial runs, and production line setup

6.Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs

7.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve technical issues

8.Prepare maintenance reports and analyze data for continuous improvement

9.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management standards

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

2.3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment (injection,press,assembly,molding,utility)

3.Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems is an advantage

4.Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

6.Able to work in shifts and under pressure

7.Responsible and good team player
