Responsibilities
รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and manage overall process quality to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement quality control plans for production lines
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor and reduce defect rates (PPM) and drive cost of poor quality (COPQ) improvement initiatives
- Supervise and develop the quality control team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Maintain and improve quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, internal audits, customer audits)
- Prepare and present quality performance reports and KPIs to management
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process quality within a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Experience in home appliance or washing machine manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, and 8D
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good command of English (Chinese language skills are a plus)
- Working Monday-Saturday
