Responsibilities
1.Deliver training for production and support employees
2.Support onboarding and orientation for new staff
3.Translate and communicate training content in Chinese (Mandarin) and Thai/English
4.Assist in factory training (quality, safety, assembly process)
5.Prepare simple training documents and records
6.Work with production and quality teams to support employee development
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language , HR, Business Administry or related field
2.Proficient in Chinese
3.Experience in training, HRD, or manufacturing environment preferred
4.Experience in factory or production line training is a plus
5.Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
6.Proactive, enthusiastic, and good problem-solving skills
7.Able to work under pressure
