Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily operations in the Injection Department
- Monitor injection molding production processes to ensure productivity, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
- Manage production manpower, machine utilization, and shift operations effectively
- Control raw material usage, reduce defects, and minimize production loss
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with technicians or maintenance teams to solve machine and production issues
- Ensure all operators follow safety regulations, work instructions, and 5S standards
- Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and related departments
- Support mold changing, machine setup, trial production, and process improvement activities
- Train and supervise injection operators and new employees
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor production performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Injection Molding production supervision
- Experience in plastic injection processes and manufacturing environment is required
- Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materials
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement systems is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
