Responsibilities
1.Supervise and manage incoming quality inspection for raw materials, components, and parts before production.
2.Analyze quality issues from suppliers and coordinate corrective actions with Purchasing, Engineering, and Suppliers.
3.Control inspection processes according to IQC standards and AQL requirements.
4.Prepare quality reports, analyze defect data, and follow up improvement actions.
5.Lead and manage IQC Inspectors and arrange work schedules.
6.Maintain and improve quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF / company standards.
7.Handle CAR / SCAR processes and monitor corrective actions.
8.Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5Why, and 8D.
9.Participate in Supplier Audits and Internal Audits as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IQC / QA / QC within home appliance or washing machine manufacturing.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Knowledge of quality systems and tools such as ISO 9001, 7QC Tools, AQL, and SPC.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- English or Chinese communication skills will be an advantage.
- Good leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
