Responsibilities
- Monitor and control product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Conduct in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare quality reports and analyze quality data.
- Support continuous improvement activities and quality projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of QC Tools, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and PDCA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
