Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the Injection Department.
  • Maintain employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly department reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, Production, Warehouse, and other related departments.
  • Prepare and maintain department documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Support supervisors with administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Order and monitor office supplies and department consumables.
  • Assist with department activities and other assignments as requested.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in administration or manufacturing support is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Chinese language skills are an advantage.
