Responsibilities
- Oversee the Electronics Engineering team and daily operations.
- Lead the development, testing, and improvement of electronic components and systems.
- Design electronic circuits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical problem-solving.
- Coordinate effectively with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other relevant departments.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring electronic designs meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Analyze and resolve electronic-related issues encountered during production and mass production phases.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, reliability, and production efficiency.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and engineering documents for electronic components.
- Manage the selection of electronic components and collaborate with suppliers on technical matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to engineers and team members.
- Manage projects, schedules, budgets, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in electronic circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience in managing or leading an engineering team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Good command of English.
- Experience with electronic components, PCBA/PCB, sensors, controllers, or related systems is a plus.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage.
