Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate statistical data based on engineering principles to define the production process for coated printing, considering factors such as people, machinery, methods, materials, and the environment, in accordance with manufacturing standards, laws, and relevant regulations.
- Participate in setting annual goals aligned with the organization's policies and ensure objectives are met, including quality control, identifying causes of issues, troubleshooting, and improving the production process to meet customer demands and reduce costs.
- Coordinate and communicate with local and international vendors, employees, related departments, and management.
- Prepare the annual budget for improvements, development, and changes, including investment studies on quality, cost-effectiveness, and utilizing technology and methods efficiently.
- Learn and transfer knowledge to relevant employees to ensure understanding of production methods, procedures, and activities.
- Propose maintenance, design, and improvement methods for machinery to enhance efficiency. When problems arise, take action to resolve them and reduce business disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in industrial engineering, factory operations, or printing and packaging technology.
- Proficiency in SAP, AUTO CAD, and other statistical applications will be an advantage.
- Good command in English.
