Responsibilities
- Manage the plant quality system and solve quality-related issues
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce defective loss
- Support plant investment projects (CAPEX) and strategic improvement projects
- Coordinate with internal and external departments to improve production standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any field), fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or production systems
- Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Basic knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
