Responsibilities
- วางแผน ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบงานด้าน HROD ให้สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ เป้าหมาย และกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ Competency Gap และจัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร (Training Roadmap / Framework) ให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการขององค์กร
- พัฒนาและบริหารจัดการระบบ Competency Model รวมถึงเครื่องมือประเมินและแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะพนักงาน
- ออกแบบและดำเนินการโครงการด้าน Talent Management เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและเตรียมความพร้อมของบุคลากรในองค์กร
- บริหารจัดการและประสานงานการฝึกอบรมทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงติดตามผลการพัฒนาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลและพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพ (Career Development) และการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้สืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Succession Planning)
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรขององค์กร
- พัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ เครื่องมือ และระบบการจัดการองค์ความรู้ (Knowledge Management) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร
- จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Human Resources Development (HRD) หรือ Human Resources Organization Development (HROD) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Competency Management, Training & Development, Talent Management และ Succession Planning
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำ Training Need Analysis (TNA) และออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมได้
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำ Framework, Roadmap และระบบพัฒนาบุคลากรเชิงกลยุทธ์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนองานที่ดี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการโครงการและทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารทุกระดับได้
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Excel เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม PowerPoint เพื่อจัดทำ Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี
