Responsibilities
- วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนกลยุทธ์ด้าน HROD ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ Competency Gap และจัดทำ Training Roadmap / Development Framework เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร
- พัฒนาและบริหาร Competency Model รวมถึงเครื่องมือและแนวทางประเมินสมรรถนะ
- วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนโครงการ Talent Management, Career Development และ Succession Planning
- บริหารจัดการ Learning & Development ตั้งแต่การวางแผน ดำเนินการ ติดตาม และประเมินผล
- พัฒนา Learning Resources, Knowledge Management และเครื่องมือส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ภายในองค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้าน HROD / People Development จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอเชิงวิเคราะห์ต่อผู้บริหาร
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HROD / HRD / Training & Development / Organization Development หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ด้าน Competency Management, Training & Development, Talent Management และ Succession Planning
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดทำ Training Need Analysis (TNA) และสนับสนุนการออกแบบหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมได้
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำ Framework, Roadmap และระบบพัฒนาบุคลากร
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนองานที่ดี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการโครงการและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานและผู้บริหารในระดับต่าง ๆ ได้
- สามารถใช้งาน MS Excel เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และ MS PowerPoint เพื่อจัดทำ Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี
