Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน HROD ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางขององค์กร
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Competency Gap เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำ Training Roadmap / Development Plan
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำและปรับปรุง Competency Model รวมถึงเครื่องมือประเมินสมรรถนะ
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการ Talent Management, Career Development และ Succession Planning
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการด้าน Learning & Development รวมถึงติดตามและประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม
- จัดทำและพัฒนา Learning Resources, Knowledge Management และสื่อการเรียนรู้ ภายในองค์กร
- รวบรวมและจัดทำรายงานข้อมูลด้าน HROD / People Development เพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจ
- สนับสนุนและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร
Qualifications
- ริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HROD / HRD / Training & Development / Organization Development หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Competency Management, Training & Development, Talent Management และ Succession Planning
- สามารถรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รวมถึงสนับสนุนการจัดทำ Training Need Analysis (TNA) และแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร
- มีความสามารถในการจัดทำและปรับปรุง Framework / Roadmap / Training Materials ได้
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนองาน
- สามารถบริหารจัดการงานและประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel ในการจัดการและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และ MS PowerPoint ในการจัดทำ Presentation ได้ดี
