Responsibilities
- ดูแลสินค้าคงคลัง ตรวจสอบและบันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง
- รับ-จ่ายสินค้า ควบคุมการรับเข้าและจ่ายออกของสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ
- ตรวจนับสต็อก (Stock Count) ทำการตรวจนับสินค้าตามรอบที่กำหนด เช่น รายวัน รายเดือน รายไตรมาส
- บันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ เพื่ออัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า
- วางแผนและควบคุมสต็อก ป้องกันการขาดหรือมีสินค้าค้างสต็อกมากเกินไป
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- แก้ไขปัญหาด้านสต็อก วิเคราะห์และหาทางแก้ไขเมื่อพบข้อผิดพลาดในการบันทึกหรือการจัดเก็บ
Qualifications
-วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือบัญชี
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า การจัดการสต็อก หรือโลจิสติกส์
-ใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
-มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
-มีทักษะการประสานงานและการทำงานเป็นทีม
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการสต๊อกสินค้า 1 ปีขึ้นไป
