-ให้บริการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้า
-รับเรื่องร้องเรียนในเบื้องต้นและสามารถแก้ไขเหตุการณ์เฉพาะหน้า และประสานงานแจ้งให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
-อำนวยความสะดวกและให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
-ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐานการรักษาความปลอดภัยเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน
-มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อเสริมสร้างความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี
-วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 0-3 ปี
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ และหากได้ภาษาที่ 3 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-มีบุคลิกภาพดี รักงานบริการ สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
-สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และตัดสินใจในสถานการณ์เร่งด่วนได้ดี
