Manager, M&E Standards - Central Pattana Public Company Limited

• Develop and implement facility management standards, preventive maintenance programs, and operational procedures for building systems and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on M&E systems, including CCTV, communication systems, parking systems, and other facility-related technologies.
• Lead facility management activities for new development projects, ensuring operational readiness from project planning through handover.
• Manage tenant fit-out support, including M&E design review, utility coordination, and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of building systems to ensure quality, safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive the adoption of technology and smart building solutions, including IoT applications, operational dashboards, and Command Center initiatives.
• Identify and implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to improve operational performance and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Systems, or M&E Operations.
• Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, mixed-use projects, or large-scale facilities is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of building systems, utilities, CCTV, BMS, IoT, and energy management is an advantage.
