Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Lead and manage the store team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage inventory, stock receipts, and merchandise display on shelves
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer inquiries or complaints
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines to attract customers and promote sales
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency
  • Ensure the store adheres strictly to company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • Higher Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of retail store management experience, specifically in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, or multi-brand retail
  • Strong leadership and excellent team management skills
  • Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work retail hours within a department store setting
  • Basic understanding of sales data analysis and reporting
  • Previous experience working at Centralworld is a plus.

This full-time Store Manager position at Hug Craft, Centralworld branch in Bangkok, places you at the forefront of ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
