Leasing Executive (Fashion & Lifestyle Brands) - Central Pattana Public Company Limited

Identify and acquire potential local, emerging, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and trendy brands for short-term leasing opportunities across shopping malls.

Proactively source new brands through market research, social media, exhibitions, events, and industry networks.

Present suitable retail spaces and short-term leasing opportunities, including Pop-up Stores, Showcase, Cart, Special Zone and other small retail spaces.

Approach potential tenants, present leasing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals within the target timeline.

Manage the leasing process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract coordination to store opening.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brands, entrepreneurs, distributors and brand owners.

Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify new and trending brands that can enhance the mall's tenant mix.

Work closely with Mall Operation, Marketing, Tenant Service and other related teams to ensure smooth execution and attractive merchandising/zoning.

Monitor leasing performance, occupancy, sales opportunities and rental income, and provide regular updates to management.

Support initiatives to increase occupancy and maximize revenue from short-term and small retail spaces.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.

2-5 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Sales, Business Development, Buying & Merchandising, or related retail business.

Experience in shopping malls, retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or consumer brands is preferred.

Strong understanding of local brands, emerging trends and consumer lifestyles.

Proven ability to source new clients/brands, pitch, negotiate and close deals.

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong sales mindset with the ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Proactive, energetic and comfortable approaching new brands and business owners.

Good relationship-building and networking skills.
