Responsibilities

  • วางแผนและดำเนินงานด้าน Food Business Promotion & Marketing ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางของธุรกิจ
  • ดูแลและพัฒนา Food Concept / Food Brand / Promotion เพื่อสร้างความน่าสนใจและตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้า
  • วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและ Marketing Campaign ทั้ง Online และ Offline เพื่อสร้าง Traffic, Customer Engagement และสนับสนุนยอดขาย
  • ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ ตลาด พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค Food Trends และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาแผนงานและกิจกรรมให้ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ Sales Performance, Customer Traffic และ Campaign Performance พร้อมเสนอแนวทางเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจ
  • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น Leasing, Marketing, Operation และ Property Management รวมถึงร้านอาหาร แบรนด์พันธมิตร เอเจนซี่ และ Partner ภายนอก
  • ดูแลและประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรมและแคมเปญด้าน Food & Beverage ให้เป็นไปตามแผน งบประมาณ และระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
  • ควบคุมและติดตาม Marketing Budget ของโครงการที่รับผิดชอบให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าและมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • จัดทำ Report และ Presentation เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ และนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
  • ติดตาม Food & Beverage Trends, Consumer Trends และ New Business Opportunities เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดและโอกาสในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ
  • บริหารจัดการ Project ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตั้งแต่การวางแผน การประสานงาน การดำเนินงาน และการติดตามผลให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย

    • Qualifications

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ Food Business หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ด้าน Food Business, Marketing, Brand Management หรือ Business Development
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Food Retail หรือ Shopping Mall จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทักษะด้าน Data Analysis, Consumer Trend และ Social Listening
  • มีทักษะการนำเสนอ จัดทำ PowerPoint ได้ดี และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  • มีทักษะ Project Management, การประสานงาน และการสื่อสาร ที่ดี
