Responsibilities
-Monitor and track documents from retail stores and coordinate with relevant departments
-Prepare documents according to work process procedures and collect, organize and store them by category in systems
-Compile retail store data to prepare weekly and monthly reports and submit to Manager
-Oversee retail store standards within shopping centers/shop visits to comply with standards or agreements
-Track outstanding retail store debts
-Coordinate with relevant departments in various work processes such as area handovers
-Perform other tasks assigned by Manager

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
-Minimum 5 years of work experience in coordination, documents/contracts
-Experience working in shopping centers will be given special consideration
-Skills in Data Driven, Strategic Thinking, Business Partnership
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent English communication ability
-Good personality
-Strong negotiation and coordination skills
-Positive attitude, service-minded, and able to work as a team
-Minimum 5 years of work experience in coordination, documents/contracts
-Experience working in shopping centers will be given special consideration
-Skills in Data Driven, Strategic Thinking, Business Partnership
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
