Responsibilities

We are looking for talents and proactive who are fluent in Chinese speaking and excited to expand their expertise in IT solutions and ICT.

  • Actively generate and expand new business opportunities to customers across various industries, focusing on Chinese customers while continuing to build business opportunities with Thai customers. 
  • Collaborate with Sales team and international HQ to support business operations, communicating effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English on technical topics such as internet service, IT solutions, and ICT products.
  • Gather customers’ requirements and deliver the solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain key account relationships through regular visits and continuous engagement
  • Achieve company growth and hit sales target.
  • Manage an accurate sales funnel, develop strategic sales plans, and forecast opportunities to secure wins.
  • Provide quotations and proposals, proactively follow up with customers to finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and completely delivery of our solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Update weekly sales reports and maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
  • Supporting team with Chinese communication skill as needed.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, IT, Telecommunications, Computer Engineer, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English
  • Experience in ICT products and/or Telecommunication company
  • Familiar with networking devices and infrastructure, including switches, routers, WLAN, security systems, servers, etc.
  • Good presentational, organizational and planning skills.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of the ISP and/or ICT Market
  • Strong selling experience on SMB (Small & Medium Business) and Enterprise Sales with proven track record.
