Responsibilities
Primary Client Contact:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
● Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their business landscape.
● Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
Account Management:
● Experience in managing multiple clients' accounts simultaneously, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
● Collaborate with internal teams (such as creative, content, SEO, SEM, and social media) to develop comprehensive campaign plans.
● Ensure seamless communication between client expectations and internal team execution.
Data-Driven Insights:
● Possess a good understanding of analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics, and use data to make informed recommendations.
● Regularly provide clients with reports and analysis of campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
● Strong understanding and experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms is required.
Upselling and Growth:
● Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends.
● Continuously seek opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
Project Management:
● Efficiently manage project timelines and meet tight deadlines to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Adaptability and Learning:
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
● Adapt strategies to changes in the digital landscape and recommend innovative approaches.
● Be positive and open-minded to find the solution (win-win)
Budget Oversight:
● Oversee and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI for clients with the PPC team.
● Provide budget forecasts and regular updates to clients.
Quality Assurance:
● Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations.
Client Education:
● Educate clients on digital marketing trends, strategies, and the value of various services.
Feedback Collection:
● Solicit and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service and campaign effectiveness.

Documentation and Reporting:
● Maintain organized records of client interactions and campaign details by communicating with the PPC team (Cm for the monthly report and strategist for the quarterly).
● Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders if required.
Qualifications
• Experience in digital marketing, qualified and/or certified in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media (including Meta platforms)
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices in digital marketing tools
• Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment is a must
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• (Commercial) Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and respond with effective strategic solutions
• (Analytical) Ability to understand and analyse reports and data
