Campaign Manager - Move Ahead Media Co., Ltd (Head Office)

• Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media advertising platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and audience research to identify the most effective targeting strategies.
• Develop compelling ad copy and creatives to drive high-quality traffic to our clients' websites.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Regularly monitor your own and others work against milestones, ensuring individual needs are considered when setting tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop campaign objectives and strategies.
• Provide regular reports when required on campaign performance and ROI to clients and management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaign effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
• Communicate with the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Maintain existing client relationships to ensure continued use of services in line with team targets.
• Work closely with other team members, such as Web Developers, SEO Team,  to meet client goals.

• Shows a positive approach to keeping the whole team’s efforts focused on the top priorities
• Encourages joined-up teamwork within their own team, across other departments, and with third parties
• Proven digital marketing experience is an advantage
• PPC campaign management expertise, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
• Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment is a must
