Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกแบบและพัฒนางาน Interior Design ให้ตรงตาม Concept และความต้องการของบริษัท
- จัดทำ Concept Design, Mood & Tone, Material Selection และ Presentation
- เขียนแบบและจัดทำแบบสำหรับก่อสร้าง เช่น Layout, Furniture Plan, Elevation, Detail
- จัดทำ 3D Perspective / Render เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอ
เลือกวัสดุ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ สี และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่และ Concept
- ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Architect, วิศวกร, Foreman, Contractor และ Supplier
- ลงพื้นที่หน้างานเพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างก่อสร้าง
- ตรวจสอบแบบและรายละเอียดงานให้สามารถนำไปก่อสร้างจริงได้
ปรับแก้แบบตาม Feedback และติดตามงานจนกว่างานจะแล้วเสร็จ
- ควบคุมให้งานออกแบบเป็นไปตาม Timeline, Budget และมาตรฐานของบริษัท
Qualifications
- คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับออกแบบภายใน (Interior Design) สถาปัตยกรรมภายใน สถาปัตยกรรม - - มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี
- - มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ สิ่งใหม่ ๆ รู้จักคิดนอกกรอบ
- - สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- - สามารถคิดงานและออกแบบงานได้ ภายในระยะเวลาอันรวดเร็ว
- - สามารถเรียนรู้และเข้าใจแบรนด์ขององค์กร
