Recruitment Manager (โรงงานศรีราชา) - S&J International Enterprises PCL.

• Manage Manpower plan and organizational structure

• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization, including its descriptions, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting and proper actions to close gaps.

• Design a selection and results matrix to choose the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources. 

• Explore the market’s best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implement appropriate best practices in the organization. 

• Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process. 

• Conduct job interviews for all key positions within the organization. 

• Orientation and Evaluate probation for new employees.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, or related fields.

• Experience 10-15 years in recruitment function.

• Good command of English.

• Pleasant personality, service minded, positive attitude with passion in Recruitment or People Management.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Able to work under pressure.
