Responsibilities
• Communicate with international customers ( UK, Europe, USA, Australia) in terms of technical information (Mainly)
• Receive and review to understand customers' guideline/protocol and arrange the meeting to inform the information to internal related working team
• Communicate and coordinate with internal colleague to understand and provide the products reflecting to customers' requirement
• Evaluate the sample products before submitting to customer if they are match to the benchmark or hit to customers’ requirement
• Control the timeline of the project (R&D side) not delay from the CPA (Critical Path Analysis) of management team
• Support the technical information or documents as per customers’ request
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree in any science
- Fluency in English communication (Toeic 700 up)
- Good communication skill
- Project management skill
- Passion in cosmetics
