New Product Development
• Contact and coordinate with the customers.• Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.
• Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.
• Hands-on project management for OEM including new product development and Product Launch.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.
• Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in Key Account - OEM / ODM Cosmetics.
• Knowledge and ability in the use of a computer and SAP.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Possess strong leadership skill.
• High responsibility, Multi task working and able to work under pressure.
• Good personality, Presentation skills and service mind.
