Responsibilities
ภารกิจหลัก : ต้อนรับผู้มาติดต่อ ให้บริการรับสาย ต่อสาย โอนสายโทรศัพท์ให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่ขอใช้บริการ และบุคคลภายนอกที่ติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์ ด้วยความถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
หน้าที่ปฏิบัติ :
1. ให้บริการรับ ต่อ โอนสายโทรศัพท์ให้กับพนักงาน ที่ขอใช้บริการ และบุคคลภายนอกที่ติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์
2. ต้อนรับ ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเบื้องต้นกับผู้มาติดต่องานกับทางบริษัท ฯ ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์และผู้มาติดต่อด้วยตนเอง
3. ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารให้พนักงานทราบ และเอกสารแนะนำแก่ผู้สนใจ
4. รับรองลูกค้า และผู้ที่มาติดต่อกับบริษัท รวมทั้งประสานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ติดต่อประสานงานในการจองห้องประชุมให้กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่ขอใช้บริการ
6. ดูแล ความเรียบร้อยสถานที่ต้อนรับ
7. ปฏิบัติงานใดๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา, ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
2.บุคลิกดี ใบหน้ายิ้มแย้ม สวย ชอบแต่งหน้า แต่งตัว
3. มีหัวใจบริการ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
