Responsibilities
ภารกิจหลัก :
สอนควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานในการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิต และคุณภาพ
ตามเป้าหมาย
หน้าที่ปฏิบัติ :
1. ทำงานให้ครบตามเป้าหมาย
1.1 จัดคนให้เหมาะสมกับงาน
1.2 ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมเครื่องจักร / อุปกรณ์
1.3 ติดตาม Material / Component ของ Job ที่ผลิต
2. สอนงานและควบคุมการทำงานของพนักงานในการผลิต ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน
2.1 ก่อนเริ่มต้นการผลิตสินค้าต้องประชุมชี้แจงจุดที่ต้องควบคุมในแต่ละตำแหน่ง และทบทวนวิธีการ
ทำงานของพนักงานแต่ละคน
2.2 เมื่อพบสิ่งผิดปกติจากการทำงานของพนักงาน และเครื่องจักรให้รีบแก้ไขทันที หากไม่สามารถแก้ไข
ได้ให้หยุดการผลิตและรายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ พร้อมทั้งกักกันสินค้าเพื่อทำการสรุปต่อไป
2.3 เมื่อพบสิ่งผิดปกติจาก RM, Bulk และ PK ให้หยุดการทำงานแจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาทันที
3. ปิดใบสั่งงานการผลิต ตรวจสอบผลงานที่ได้ บันทึกผลลัพท์ที่ได้ เช่น % Loss, MH รายละเอียดที่สำคัญ
ของการทำงาน LOT นี้ ทำ Partial confirm ( SAP )
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
2. ประสบการณ์ 1. ม.3 - ม.6 หรือเทียบเท่า มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
หรือปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพนักงานผลิต ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
2. วุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าม.6 หรือเทียบเท่า ไม่ต้องมีประสบการณ์
3.การทดสอบสายตา ผ่านการทดสอบตาบอดสี
4. ความสามารถ ( Competency ) การสอนแนะ , การสื่อสาร , การให้คำปรึกษา , การแก้ปัญหา ,
การสังเกตุ ,การติดตามงาน , ทักษะด้านวิชาชีพ และเทคนิค ,
ภาวะผู้นำ , การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ / มนุษยสัมพันธ์
5. การฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็น GMP,ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, มรท.8001,
ISO 22716, HAS 23000, 5 ส., SAP, การบริหารการผลิต,
เทคนิคการเป็นหัวหน้างาน
