Responsibilities
1. ดูแลและควบคุมกระบวนการสุ่มตัวอย่างให้ถูกต้องและพัฒนาวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างให้ทันสมัย
2. ประเมินความเหมาะสมของหัวข้อการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และSpecification ของวัตถุดิบใหม่
3. ตรวจสอบแผนการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ (Inspection plan)และอนุมัติผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
4. ควบคุมดูแลการใช้และจัดเก็บ Standard / Retention sample ให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
5. ควบคุมกระบวนการปล่อยผ่านวัตถุดิบให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด และมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. ทบทวนหัวข้อทดสอบ, ความคงตัวและช่วงการยอมรับของวัตถุดิบเพื่อรับประกันคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบโดย
รับรองร่วมกับ RD เพื่อทบทวน Specification ของวัตถุดิบอย่างเหมาะสม
7. ประชุมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อการปรับปรุงกำหนดวิธีการปฏิบัติงานและแก้ไขปัญหา
8. เสนอแนะวิทยาการและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
9. ให้คำแนะนำ ฝึกสอน และประเมินความสามารถในการควบคุมคุณภาพวัตถุดิบของพนักงาน
10. ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนด
11. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย อื่นๆ
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีวิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาเคมีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ ด้านควบคุมคุณภาพในโรงงาน หรือด้านห้องปฏิบัติการไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี
3. การสอนงานและการถ่ายทอดความรู้ , มุ่งคุณภาพงาน , ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม , รวดเร็วทันต่อการ
เปลี่ยนแปลงของธุรกิจ , การสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ลูกค้า , การสื่อสาร , การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล , การวางแผน ,
การให้คำปรึกษา , การแก้ปัญหา , การเจรจาต่อรอง , การติดตามงาน , ภาวะผู้นำ , การสร้างความสัมพันธ์/
มนุษยสัมพันธ์ , ความรู้เฉพาะสาขาอาชีพ
4. ความสามารถในการแยกสีด้วยสายตา ( Hue test ), ความสามารถในการตรวจสอบกลิ่นและการใช้ประสาทสัมผัส
