Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To manage recruitment, compensation, office services, and labor relations in alignment with company policies and objectives. The role also involves designing and implementing new HR tools to support business operations effectively, fairly, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
o Analyze workforce requirements based on business plans.
o Develop manpower and recruitment plans.
o Create HR activity plans to support recruitment, welfare, and employee relations.
o Prepare HR budget plans including recruitment, wages, overtime, allowances, and benefits.
o Set HR performance indicators and goals.
o Manage career paths and succession plans.
o Oversee compensation systems aligned with performance and career development.
o Control HR-related expenses within budget.
o Track and evaluate monthly and quarterly performance indicators.
o Summarize and report departmental performance.
o Analyze strengths and weaknesses in HR processes.
o Develop and implement new technologies, tools, and techniques.
o Share HR knowledge internally and externally.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years in HR, with at least 8 years in a managerial or equivalent role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of labor laws, social security, provident funds, and cooperative savings.
• Familiarity with modern HR technologies and multicultural environments.
