Responsibilities
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์การทำ OJT / Skill Matrix 2 ปีขึ้นไป
3. มีความรู้ในงานด้านการฝึกอบรม, การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการใช้เครื่องมือในการพัฒนา
4. มีความรู้เรื่อง พรบ.ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
5. มีความรู้เรื่องการจัดทำ Training Road Map / IDP เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร
6. มีทักษะด้านการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์, การสื่อสารและประสานงาน, การสรุปรายงาน
7. การสอนงานและถ่ายทอด , ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม
8. การสร้างความสัมพันธ์/ มนษุยสัมพันธ์, การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
9. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาและสามารถปฏิบัติงาน ภายใต้ความกดดันได้อย่างดี
10. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร สามารถฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
11. มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
