Responsibilities
1. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกสถิติการมาทำงาน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าตอบแทนวันมาทำงาน
2. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกสถิติระบบการลางาน , การลาระยะยาว, การทำงานเข้ากะ
3. ประกาศพักร้อนสมทบ พักร้อนประจำปี พักร้อนคาบเกี่ยวและประชาสัมพันธ์ให้พนักงานรับทราบ
4. จัดทำวารสาร Hot News และประชาสัมพันธ์ช่องทาง E-Mail และบอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์
5. ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการสมัครการฝากเงิน การกู้เงิน การเปลี่ยนแปลงมูลค่าหุ้น
ของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ ฯ และกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
6. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการวางบิลและเอกสารอื่นๆ ในระบบ Sub-Contractor Plant-SRI , Plant-PT
7. ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกันสังคม บริษัท Sub-Contractor Plant-SRI , Plant-PT
8. เตรียมเอกสาร สำหรับการตรวจสอบระบบต่างๆ (GMP/ISO/TLS/COC/ETI)จากลูกค้าภายในและภายนอก
9. ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด
10. ปฏิบัติงานใด ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ 0 - 2 ปีขึ้นไป ทางด้านงานบุคคล
3. ความสามารถ Competency การให้ความร่วมมือ, การสื่อสาร, การติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสาร,การประสานงาน , ความยืดหยุ่น , การให้คำปรึกษา ,การสร้างความสัมพันธ์/ มนุษยสัมพันธ์, ความรู้เฉพาะสาขาอาชีพ
4. การฝึกอบรมทที่จำเป็น ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, และระบบมาตราฐานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่บริษัทขอการรับรอง, กฎหมายแรงงาน, ภาษี, ประกันสังคม
