Responsibilities
1. ติดต่อประสานงานกับ PKD เพื่อทำความเข้ใจกับสินค้าใหม่และความต้องการลูกค้า
2. ประเมินความเสี่ยงกระบวนการผลิตและหาวิธีมาตรการป้องกัน
3. ออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับสายพานการผลิตและเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารวิธีการควบคุมการผลิต ( Tentative processing, Manufacturing process )และ Batch record
ส่งมอบเอกสาร( Tentative processing, Manufacturing process )และ Batch record ทันต่อการผลิต
5. ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ปรับปรุงพัฒนางาน สรุปและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน
6. จัดทำ รายงาน และสรุปผลการควบคุมผลการผลิตสินค้าใหม่ในหน่วยงานเสนอต่อหัวหน้างาน
7. ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนด
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี- โท วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ , วิทยาศาสตร์ , เทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรมหรือสาขาอื่นๆ
2. ประสบการณ์ 0 - 2 ปีในการพัฒนาทักษะการผลิต
3. ความสามารถ Competency การสื่อสาร, การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, การแก้ปัญหา, การติดตามงานการสร้างความสัมพันธ์/ มนุษยสัมพันธ์,
ความรู้เฉพาะสาขาอาชีพ
4. การฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็น GMP, ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, ISO14001,ISO 45001, ISO 22716, มรท. 8001,HAS 23000,5ส., SAP, การใช้วิธีทางสถิติ, การออกแบบการผลิต, ความรู้ Packaging และเครื่องจักรในส่วนการกรอกและแพค skin care
