Responsibilities
1. รับข้อมูลและรายละเอียดของการผลิตสินค้าจากหน่วยงาน R&D และ PKD เพื่อทบทวน เสนอแนะข้อมูลให้ทาง R&D
และ PKD ทำการทดลอง Batch confirm เพื่อกำหนด Parameter การควบคุม ให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการผลิตของโรงงาน
2. ยืนยันกระบวนการโดยการทำ Batch confirm
- เพื่อกำหนด Check point, Control point ที่ใช้ควบคุมกระบวนการขึ้นรูปของสินค้าให้ได้คุณภาพถูกต้อง
- เพื่อเลือกเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ให้ถูกต้อง เหมาะสมกับประเภทสินค้าและปริมาณของสินค้าที่จะทำการผลิต รวมทั้ง
ต้องสอดคล้องคล้องกับลักษณะเครื่องจักรที่ทางโรงงานมีอยู่
- เพื่อใช้ประเมินความเสี่ยงของกระบวนการขึ้นรูปสินค้า และ ออกแบบ Process ซึ่งส่งผลต่อคุณภาพสินค้าและการส่งสอบ
- เพื่อประเมินลักษณะการขึ้นรูปบน PK ที่ใช้งาน และกำหนดช่วงเกณฑ์การยอมรับคุณภาพของการขึ้นรูปสินค้าแต่ละประเภท
3. ออกแบบและจัดทำเอกสาร Tentative molding Proces ที่ดี ถูกต้อง และเหมาะสมต่อกระบวนการขึ้นรูปสินค้า
4. ควบคุมดูแลการขึ้นรูปสินค้า Preproduction Batch ร่วมกับหน่วยงาน R&D เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาเทคนิคและกระบวนการขึ้นรูป
ที่เหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์นั้น ๆ และนำไปใช้ในกระบวนผลิตสินค้า Batch ต่อไป
5. ควบคุมและติดตามการขึ้นรูปสินค้าใหม่ใน Batch validation ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 batch ในแต่ละกลุ่มของเครื่องจักร ให้เป็นไปตาม
Tentative Molding Process รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและสรุปปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นใน batch Validate ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เพื่อให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
6. ทำการสรุปผลการติดตามการผลิตสินค้าร่วมกับหน่วยงาน R&D, PKD ,QA, PDT เพื่อสรุปปัญหา วิธีการแก้ไข
และขั้นตอนของกระบวนการขึ้นรูปสินค้า
7. จัดทำเอกสาร Manufacturing Molding process และ Manufacturing Semi goods Specification For Make up ที่ถูกต้อง
ตามกระบวนการผลิต
8. ติดตามหาข้อสรุปเกี่ยวกับวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาของการขึ้นรูปสินค้า และวิเคราะห์หาแนวทางป้องกัน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้บรรลุผลงานตามเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
1. วฒิการศึกษา ุ ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เคมี, วิทยาศาสตร์เคมีอุตสาหกรรม , วิศวกรรมเคมี
2. ประสบการณ์ 0 - 5 ปี ในการพัฒนาทักษะการผลิต
